We're looking for mentors to join our community and help develop our fellows into emerging leaders!

• Attend exclusive speaker events with leading AAPI executives and founders, and receive priority access to office hours with our executive coaches

Mentor eligibility

• 6+ YOE (if you have ≤ 5 YOE, consider joining our accelerator)

• Be physically in New York City during the accelerator (2023 dates will be Oct 22 - Nov 11)

• Commit 4 hours/week to meet 1-1 with your mentee, co-hosting 1 professional small-group coffee chats on a topic of your choice (e.g., navigating career pivots, applying for grad school, managing work-life balance, etc.)

• Identify as coming from an East or Southeast Asian background
